Services & Focus
Therapy is a journey. Taking that first leap is an act of self-love. If you are ready to embrace your well-being, I invite you to reach out. Every Love Therapy offers a warm, trauma-informed, and consent-centered approach to therapy. Here, you will receive care that respects identity, autonomy, and complexity without pathologizing who you are or how you live and love.
You may be coming to therapy after experiences of being misunderstood or asked to fit into frameworks that didn’t reflect your reality. Here, I offer care that is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical integrity and lived experience,
Who This Practice Is For
If you are an adult navigating identity, relationships, trauma, or neurodivergence, this may be the place for you. If you are LGBTQ+, ethically non-monogamous or polyamorous, involved in consensual kink, neurodivergent, or seeking therapy that is explicitly affirming and trauma-informed, this is a safe and welcoming environment..
You do not need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to begin therapy. What matters most is whether this approach feels aligned.
Types of Therapy Services Offered
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy focuses on emotional regulation, identity integration, relationship patterns, and navigating change. Sessions are collaborative and paced with attention to nervous system safety rather than urgency or “fixing.”
Therapy is not about prescribing who you should be, it’s about supporting clarity, agency, and integration in ways that honor your experience.
Group Therapy
Group therapy can be a powerful space to explore experiences that are often held privately, especially when those experiences are shaped by identity, belonging, and questions of “enoughness.” Groups are structured to prioritize emotional safety, consent, and thoughtful facilitation rather than performance or debate.
Current and upcoming groups are listed on the Events page.
Focus Areas
I focus on issues related to identity, relationships, trauma, sexuality, and neurodivergence. You can explore these in more detail below.
What Therapy Is Like Here

Consent and choice
Attention to nervous system responses
Flexibility rather than rigid protocols
Respect for identity and lived experience
The goal is not quick change, but sustainable support.
